Artwork Guidelines

Formats:

We accept artwork in various formats such as camera ready art (black and white PMT) and digital artwork files, including: JPG, EPS, BMP, GIF, PNG and TIFF formats. All text should be outlined. Your artwork can be sent as an e-mail attachment to info@sundancepromo.com  (EPS is preferred because it produces the best image quality), please include your company name and PO# in the subject line or you can mail your camera ready art directly to us. The minimum resolution recommended for artwork is at least 600 x 800 pixels. Don't have a logo? We can also imprint your products with various font types as well. Contact us if you should have any questions regarding artwork formats.

PMS (Pantone Matching System) Colors:

If your art contains PMS colors, please specify the PMS color and numbers with your order to ensure accuracy of your original artwork.

Proofs:

We will provide you with a PDF "proof" via e-mail for your review and approval before your order is put into production at no cost. If you need an item with an imprint of how your artwork will appear on a product, please contact us for pricing and requirements. We can also create a "virtual" sample for your review with your artwork as well to give you a representation of how your product will look prior to production. Let us do the hard work for you!

Silkscreen:  Colored ink is pressed through a fine screen to leave a flat painted imprint on the surface of the material.
