Our BPA free 2-tone fitness shaker cup holds 16 liquid ounces in the top compartment and 1/2 cup of your favorite protein or other supplement powder, nuts, trail mix or other snack in the bottom compartment. The blender screen helps mix powder or other add-ins. Blender screen also works as a fruit infuser or ice strainer. Other features include ounce and ml measurements, a wide-mouth opening for easy cleaning and a flip cap that stays out of the way when you are drinking. Fits most car drink holders.
